Woo, just hit the big 1k here on Newgrounds! Thank you everyone who follows and enjoys my art. At the end of the day I do this for fun, but the community here and response I get on my art makes it a whole lot more enjoyable. While Newgrounds is a smaller platform nowadays, I think the community is a lot stronger than any of the other alternatives, and I have a lot to thank Newgrounds for my growth as an artist and game dev. I don't even think I would have ever been inspired to start working on games if it weren't for this site. Game dev, although is possible as a solo venture, is a lot easier to get into when you have a team of like minded individuals to all play to their strengths, and this is the only place I've been able to meet people to collab with on projects- whether that's a game or something entirely different.

Giveaway coming soon:

Some of you who have followed me for a while know that I like to do giveaways of my art on here for certain milestones. I find it satisfying in a way to get my art out in a physical form to people. So in a week or so I'll be announcing a giveaway to celebrate. I'll not only gonna be giving out stickers but I got some prints made as well, so keep your eye's peeled for that.

New game:

Recently, I participated in the Ludum Dare game jam with @Supersam111, @ConnorGrail, @Jumbs, @MrShmoods, and @wyrd-a. It was a lot of fun making and in the end I'm proud of what we came up with. We were trying something a bit experimental with the sword swinging mechanic, and that was definitely very hit or miss with people. That being said, give it a chance, and if you hate it that's cool with me. B)
