Careful when using transparent backgrounds, Newgrounds made the background black for me so all parts of the character that are black just don't even look like they're there

This is awesome! I love the pattern on the shirt and the way you did the linework is so cool and unique it makes me want to try something like that. Good work

Great colors, pose and just general idea!
The only critique I have is to pay attention to how the clothes fits of the body. The way the bottom of the shirt hangs over the pants implies it's a more loose fitting t-shirt, but then it also gets tight around the breast.
Other than that, nice work!
